Tradelogiq Markets Inc. (“Tradelogiq”) has recently become aware that certain parties are identifying themselves as being affiliated with Tradelogiq and/or its trading venues, Omega ATS and Lynx ATS, in order to solicit investors to open and fund “trading accounts” with the parties.

Investors are advised that Tradelogiq does not deal directly with or open accounts for investors, and should avoid interactions with any party presenting themselves as being affiliated with us for the purposes of soliciting funds.  Such interactions are likely related to fraudulent investment or trading schemes.

Tradelogiq is a regulated Canadian marketplace that operates the Omega ATS and Lynx ATS trading venues.  Both of these trading venues only trade Canadian-listed equities and debt, and all of our trading customers are registered Canadian investment dealer firms.  For a list of our dealer subscribers, please see: dealers that trade with us.
