Omega ATS Pricing Change Effective November 1

Subscriber Notice: 2014-02

October 7, 2014

As of November 1st, 2014 Omega ATS will be introducing a new, more
competitive rate for stocks trading under $1.00. The new rebate for all active
equities transactions traded on symbols below one dollar is $0.00085 per share.

The passive fee for subdollar equities liquidity provision will remain the same at
$0.0010 per share. Additional savings can be achieved by any Omega subscriber
through our Break Point Program.
