Connectivity
We support the following connectivity for order entry and access to our multicast market data feeds:
Cross-Connects:
Customers with a presence at the TR2 Equinix data centre, or the TR1 Equinix data centre where we have our POP, may request a cross-connect to access our trading and market data services.
Our Connectivity Services Agreement must be executed before customers will be provisioned with cross-connects.
A Connectivity Guide is available that provides provides technical information on how to connect to our Production and GTE environments.
Extranet Providers:
Our markets can also be accessed through one of following extranet providers. Please contact the provider directly to arrange for connectivity.

Market Data Feed:
Full depth of book market data is available as well as recovery services.
Omega ATS and Lynx Periodic Match offer the following market data formats:

Connectivity Services Agreement:
To be provisioned with cross-connects at our primary location at TR2, or our POP at TR1, or permitted to initiate connectivity to our production trading and/or general testing environments, FIX drop copy sessions and multicast recovery sessions, customers must first execute the Connectivity Services Agreement. Customers should also use the form provided below to request a new set up of or changes to connectivity services.
