The new Omega ATS Liquidity Provision Program (“LP Program”), as previously described in Subscriber Notice 2022-07, has received regulatory approval and is in effect as of today, October 3, 2022.

Details regarding the new LP Program, including program eligibility, are available on our website.

As a reminder, subscribers wishing to identify groups of Trader IDs for participation in the program must complete and submit the Subscriber Participation Form. Completed forms must be received by October 21, 2022 in order to be considered eligible to participate in the program starting for the month of October.
