Tradelogiq Markets Inc. (Tradelogiq) is providing notice of planned changes to connectivity fees for Omega ATS and Lynx ATS that Tradelogiq intends to implement on December 1, 2022, subject to regulatory approval.
The planned changes are identified in the below table:

The monthly fees for base connectivity (1 GB) have remain unchanged since introduced in 2010, despite the continued investment in our connectivity infrastructure and increased operational costs necessary to ensure expected service levels are maintained. The increase in set-up fees for new lines reflects a pass-through of increased costs charged by our data centre provider. No changes are being made to the monthly fees for 10 GB connectivity at this time; we note that these fees have remained unchanged since 2017 when 10 GB connectivity was introduced.
