Tradelogiq Markets Inc. (Tradelogiq) is providing notice that it has received regulatory approval to charge a monthly marketplace subscriber fee of $750 per month, which includes access to both Omega ATS and Lynx ATS, and which replaces the monthly access fee previously charged on a per Trader ID basis.

Replacing the per Trader ID fee with a monthly subscriber fee aligns our approach to access fees more closely to that of other visible marketplaces in Canada, and the fee amount positions Tradelogiq towards the lower end of the range relative to our competitors.

The subscriber fee is effective as of March 1, 2023.
