Tradelogiq – Changes to Fees on Omega ATS for Trades in Securities Priced under $1.00
Tradelogiq Markets Inc. is pleased to announce that it has received regulatory approval to make changes to the fees applicable to trades on Omega ATS in securities priced under $1.
Currently, active rebates for regular trades in securities priced under $1 are $0.0006 per share. Starting August 1, 2023, the active rebate for these trades will increase to $0.0007 per share. A corresponding increase is also being made to the passive fees for these trades.
There are no changes to fees for trades in securities priced $1 and over, and no changes to the discounts available under the under the Omega ATS LP Program.
