Omega Securities Inc. (OSI) has received regulatory approval to implement a fee schedule, below, to license the Access, Usage and Distribution of Omega market data feeds. OSI is committed to maintaining low cost market data fees and following this fee change our market data fees will continue to be among the lowest in the industry. These fee changes are necessary for us to continuously invest and improve our marketplaces. The TMX, will no longer be providing billing and administration services for Omega Data, effective Nov. 30th, 2019. Data subscribers need to sign a new Data Recipient Application directly with Omega to ensure continued and uninterrupted service.

1) Currency. Where Data Recipient’s registered address is in Canada, the fees are denominated in Canadian dollars; for all other Data Recipients, the amounts are denominated in US dollars.
2) User must subscribe to Level 1 data, in order to receive Level 2 data.
3) Market Data Feed charges are based on physical location. Primary feed charges apply to each unique physical location.
4) If applicable, the appropriate Non-display fee will be charged by firm (legal entity and not by the total number of applications).
5) External redistribution fees are based on the total number of Market Data Feeds redistributed by the vendor.
6) Fees are effective December 1, 2019
