Cindy Petlock is Tradelogiq’s Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary. She has extensive securities industry experience in a variety of legal, compliance and regulatory capacities, including roles at CIBC World Markets, the Canadian Securities Exchange, the Ontario Securities Commission, RS Inc./IIROC and NEO Exchange.
Prior to joining Tradelogiq, Cindy spent several years providing advisory services on equities- and crypto asset-related market structure and regulatory projects and was on the board of directors of a digital asset fund manager.
