Laurence Rose

Chairman, President & CEO

Laurence Rose, Chairman, President and CEO, is an accomplished financial services and technology entrepreneur with extensive senior-level experience in the securities markets in Canada and the US. Laurence is also President of private investment company Matchpoint Financial Corp. and a Director of US technology-powered real estate brokerage, The Real Brokerage Inc. (NASDAQ: REAX).

He was founder and CEO of CollectiveBid Systems Inc. and its wholly-owned investment dealer subsidiary, CBID Markets, which launched Canada’s first Alternative Trading System (ATS). Laurence’s professional experience also includes senior executive positions at Dow Jones & Co., Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., and RBC Dominion Securities Inc.
