Marketplace Subscriber Fees
All Tradelogiq marketplace subscribers are subject to a subscriber fee of $750 per month, which includes access to both Omega ATS and Lynx Periodic Match.
Lynx Periodic Match Transaction Fees
All transaction fees are charged on a fee per share basis unless otherwise noted.

Notes applicable to Visible Book fees:
- Subscribers must submit the Lynx Periodic Match Retail & Institutional Trader ID Certification Form (“Form”) to receive the “Certified Retail & Institutional” active rebates. The Form requires the subscriber to certify that the identified Trader IDs meet the requirements for eligibility contained therein.
- Forms do not need to be provided for Trader IDs already certified for the purposes of the “Retail” rates available on Omega ATS. All such “Retail Trader IDs” will be automatically eligible to receive the “Retail & Institutional” rates on Lynx Periodic Match as at launch date.
- Please refer to the Form for details on Trader ID eligibility.
Connectivity Fees
The following fees are charged for client connectivity and for access to Omega ATS and Lynx Periodic Match trading and recovery services.
Subscribers are responsible for arranging and paying for connectivity. Subscribers wishing to cross-connect will be charged the below cross-connect fees which incorporate the amounts charged to Tradelogiq by our data centre provider.
